Create an account with your email and a password, give the guestbook a name and pick its address, such as guestbookworld.com/g/your-name. It is ready to sign straight away.

Yes, up to ten on one account, for example one for your website and one for a wedding. Each has its own address, theme and settings.

Yes, in Settings. The old address stops working, so update any links or QR codes you have already shared.

Open the Share page of your guestbook. You can link to your guestbook page, add a “Sign my guestbook” badge, or paste a short embed code that shows the whole guestbook inside your page.

Yes. The Share page has a QR code for your guestbook. Print it for the tables or the front door, and guests can sign from their phones in seconds.

Anyone with the link can read and sign it. A public guestbook with at least three messages is also listed on Explore and can show up in search engines. An unlisted guestbook never appears there; wedding, memorial and event guestbooks start unlisted.

Yes. Turn on review mode and every new message waits for you to publish it. In any mode, a message that contains a link waits for your OK.

Every form runs a quick, privacy-friendly check from Cloudflare that stops bots, the number of messages from one connection is limited, links wait for review, and visitors can report a message. Three reports take a message down until you look at it.

Yes. Your reply shows under the message on the guestbook page.

Not yet. Messages are text: a name, the message, and optionally where they are from and their website.

Yes. The Messages page of each guestbook has a download button that gives you every message as a spreadsheet (CSV).

A guestbook is deleted from its Settings page, your account from the Account page. Both delete the messages at once and cannot be undone.

Guestbook World was rebuilt from scratch. Guestbooks made on the earlier service are not part of the new one, and their messages are not available here.
